""Liberty and freedom are precious and must be fought for and many generations of Americans have answered the call and heard the toll of the Liberty Bell. Now is such a time and ask not for "whom does the bell toll". For those on the greens at Lexington and Concord heard the call and saw the approaching danger in the forms of "Brown Bess" and "Redcoat". And when the smoke had cleared the deaf ear of the oppressor was pierced by "the shot heard round the world".""

Shouting Fire

WE ALL HAVE BEEN TAUGHT FROM A EARLY AGE NOT TO SHOUT "FIRE" IN A CROWDED ROOM. MANY ON THE LEFT WOULD NOW LIKE TO EXTEND THAT TO THE VILLAGE SQUARE AND BEYOND.  NEW FORBIDDEN WORDS ARE BEING ADDED TO A GROWING LIST.  CROSS HAIRS, TARGET, POLITICAL ENEMIES, ATTACK, RIVALS, VILLAINS, BATTLEGROUND STATES, NAZIS, BLOOD LIBEL, AND CROSSFIRE ARE TOPPING THE CURRENT LIST OF UNSPEAKABLE WORDS.  JUST MORE POLITICAL CORRECTNESS RUN AMUCK! I SHUTTER TO THINK WHAT COULD BE NEXT, PERHAPS "PATRIOT"!  AFTER ALL I RECENTLY HEARD CHRIS MATTHEWS SAY HE DIDN'T LIKE THAT WORD AND THE CURRENT CONTEXT IT USED IN.  THE FIRST AMENDMENT IS ALWAYS IN DANGER, MORE SO NOW THAN EVER.
