THERE IS LITTLE DOUBT IN MY MIND AFTER LAST NIGHTS DEBATE THAT THE TEXAS GOVERNOR, RICK PERRY, BLEW IT. WHEN PERRY STOOD BEHIND HIS DECISION TO GRANT "IN-STATE-TUITION" FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS (treating illegal immigrant students from Texas better than American students from the other 49 states is not only unacceptable, but unamerican) AND CONTINUED TO SUPPORT HIS POSITION ON A LIMITED BORDER FENCE HE ALIENATED FAR TOO MANY REPUBLICAN PRIMARY SUPPORTERS TO EVER HAVE A CHANCE OF WINNING THE NOMINATION. PRIOR TO THE DEBATE I WAS LEANING TOWARD PERRY, BUT LIKE THE OLD MOVIE TITLE THAT IS "GONE WITH THE WIND"! GOODBYE RICK AND GOOD RIDDANCE!also posted at TOTUS
""Liberty and freedom are precious and must be fought for and many generations of Americans have answered the call and heard the toll of the Liberty Bell. Now is such a time and ask not for "whom does the bell toll". For those on the greens at Lexington and Concord heard the call and saw the approaching danger in the forms of "Brown Bess" and "Redcoat". And when the smoke had cleared the deaf ear of the oppressor was pierced by "the shot heard round the world".""
