Obama Guts Bill Clinton's Welfare Reform

IT'S SEEMED THAT BILL CLINTON IS OK WITH OBAMA CUTTING HIS WELFARE REFORM, BUT THEN IT WAS NEVER HIS ANYWAY.  CLINTON WAS MORE OR LESS DRAGGED TO THE TABLE BY THE REPUBLICAN CONGRESS BACK THEN AND REALLY WAS FORCED INTO SIGNING THE BILL.  BUT AFTER IT MET WITH GREAT SUCCESS HE WAS QUICK TO CLAIM THE CREDIT.  SO NATURALLY NOW IN THIS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION SEASON THIS TRUE PARTISAN IS QUICK TO SAY THAT OBAMA DIDN'T REALLY GUT THE LAW, BUT BOTH MEN ARE HAPPY THE LAW IS ON ITS LAST LEG.  AFTER ALL, THEY DEPEND ON THE VOTES OF THOSE ON WELFARE AND ANYTHING THAT MAKES IT EASIER OF THOSE PEOPLE TO STAY ON WELFARE AND NOT HAVE TO WORK IS A BLESSING FOR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
