White House up in Flames. Fireman fail to respond!

OF COURSE, NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THE WHITE HOUSE GO UP IN FLAMES.  BUT SHOULD THAT BUILDING CATCH FIRE THEY WOULD CERTAINLY CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR HELP.  BUT IN THE CASE OF THE BENGHAZI FLAMES, PEOPLE DID CALL BUT HELP WAS NEVER DISPATCHED.  PERHAPS THAT HELP WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO LATE, BUT THE SAD TRUTH IS WE WILL NEVER KNOW.
