Exempting Congress from the laws they pass

CONGRESS LOVES TO EXEMPT THEMSELVES FROM THE LAWS THEY PASS.  LAWS THAT MAKE THE MASSES CONFORM TO WHAT THEY THINK IS RIGHT FOR THE AVERAGE AMERICAN.  LAWS THAT ARE NOT FOR THE ELITES, BUT FOR US LOWLY PEONS, WHO CANNOT THINK FOR OURSELVES, BUT NEED THEIR ALL-KNOWING GUIDANCE.  WE MUST THANK THEY GREAT MEN AND WOMEN WHO PUT OUR NEEDS AHEAD OF THEIRS.  THANKS TO LIBERAL LOGIC  FOR THIS IMAGE AND THE THOUGHT.
