Look Out Justice Kennedy Obama is At the Bat

OBAMA AT THE BAT!  AND JUST LIKE CASEY, I THINK HE WILL STRIKE OUT THIS TIME.  BARACK IS EITHER STUPID ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION AND JUDICIAL REVIEW OR JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT EITHER OR PERHAPS JUST IN FULL CAMPAIGN MODE AND PLAYING TO HIS FAR LEFT BASE.  HE USUALLY HITS INTO LEFT FIELD AND THIS TIME I SUSPECT HIS RECENT COMMENTS WERE ALSO DIRECTED THAT WAY.  IS HE TRYING TO REWRITE THE CONSTITUTION AND GRADUALLY TURN IT INTO A DOCUMENT THAT HAS LITTLE MEANING.  AFTER ALL HE HAS OFTEN CALLED FOR FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE AND THE ONLY WAY TO ACHIEVE THAT IS TO TRASH THE WORK OF THE FOUNDING FATHERS.
